To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect against fraud, rjs88 requires that all deposits and withdrawals be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. We may request copies of bank statements, e-wallet screenshots, or other documentation to verify ownership of payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in delays in processing withdrawals or suspension of your Account.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail. rjs88 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, daily winnings, or cumulative winnings. If a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your Account balance, but no winnings will be paid.
Any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or dishonest activity is strictly prohibited. Upon termination, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your Account (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures). Once your Account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Services.
rjs88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide required verification documents; (d) prolonged account inactivity; or (e) at our sole discretion for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination by rjs88, we will attempt to return any remaining funds in your Account (minus any amounts owed to rjs88, bonuses, or disputed funds) to your registered payment method, subject to verification.

To the extent that any legal action or proceeding is permitted under these Terms (outside of arbitration), you and rjs88 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
